Hi-Lo will let you safely water and care for your hanging baskets easily – move them up and down so you can have both hands free to tend to your plants.

DESCRIPTION: Adjustable locking pulley system to hold hanging baskets at different heights, to enable
USE: Water and prune hanging baskets safely from ground level
- Slip the provided swivel hook onto the bracket and attach Hi-Lo.
- Pull down – do not let go – attach filled hanging basket. Place both hands under basket and raise to upper most position. Lower slightly and very slowly to engage locking device before removing hands.
- To lower, place both hands under basket and ease upwards quickly to release the locking device, continue to lower quickly to the required height, slowing down to engage the locking device before removing hands.
SIZE AND WEIGHT: Overall length 820mm, Maximum weight 9kg. Suitable for 25 – 36cm (10″, 12″ and 14″) baskets.
